Yes! Custom cookies are individually wrapped. Please note, cookies in tins are not individually wrapped, but they are sealed in the tins.
Most orders will take 5-7 days to produce and ship.
Please let us know in the notes if you would like us to aim for a specific delivery date (i.e. a birthday) - we will do our best. Most shipments take 2-3 days to arrive after they leave our bakery. If the order is time sensitive, please let us know.
It is possible for cookies to break in transit. We join you in being sad about that. While they will still taste delicious we understand your disappointment!
Please contact us and we'll see what we can do to remedy this.
Our kitchen is completely dairy-free, but equipment may come into contact with soy, nuts, and other allergens.

“Kosher” is a term used to describe food that complies with the strict dietary standards of traditional Jewish law.
We are supervised by OK Kosher (the circle with a K inside). Our cookies are Parve, which means that they do not contain any dairy or any meat products. Our products are also Pas Yisroel.
In addition to our adherence to the technical rules of kashrut, or keeping kosher, we also believe that living a "kosher" life includes the principle of tzedakah, or charity. Therefore the Kosher Cookie Company donates 10% of profits to charity. We choose organizations that focus on feeding those in need; because while many of us are privileged to enjoy treats like cookies all the time, there are plenty of people for whom finding their next meal is a challenge.
